Since a very young age she has always had an interest in writing. During her educational developmental years she aspired to be a journalist. Then life happened and she had to change directions. Believing in the divine order of things she choses to accept the consequences of her actions. In doing so she decided to take the mature, responsible road which meant she would have to put her dreams and aspirations aside. During this time she struggled as a single mother while trying to experience what she thought life had to offer. Little did she know that the trials and hardships of life, she would face and have to endure would be the spring board that God would use as hands on experience for what he would gift her to do. In the later months of 1977 Francine had come to a crossroad and serious a serious time of decision had come.

Growing up as a responsible child and teenager, now a young adult and a mother she felt her life was slipping out of control. There was a deep yearning inside of her that the vices of the world could not satisfy. She knew from her earliest memory, this situation required Godly intervention. So she kneeled in the stillness of the night in a back room in the dark at the home of her mother and asked the Lord for guidance she felt she desperately needed. She specifically prayed for her hearts desire at that time which she knew would effect the rest of her life. So she knelt down to pray in theses words, "Lord, If there is a man in this world for me, please send him to my door." While the devil was trying to trick her the Lord sent the man that is her husband Darryl H. Williams, they married December 14, 1979 and have been happily married and serving God from that time until now.

Francine M. Trying to manage a young family and the challenges of such a career soon faded and the family took precident. Putting others first has always been a significant part of her character, and personality which aids her as constant caregiver and encourager. With her goals clearly defined for the present time she became more active and began acting in church plays at her church in 1989 and edited her first script. She later move on to editing scripts, writing plays and supporting the ministry in any way she could. Then God spoke and gave clear directions, her pastor agreed and she was appointed the Director of Visual Deliverance Theatre Arts Ministry at Friendship Baptist Church in Yorba Linda, California. Functioning in this position she exhibited her writing, directing and leadership skills for over three years, writing such plays as, "Are You Unequally Yoked?" which has been rewrittend and titled " God Told Me You Suppose to be My Husband", "Son Rise", "The Soul of Christmas", "Don't Let the Jone's Get You Down" and "When We All Get To Heaven". Her philosophy is that you can be ministered to and entertained at the same time, so the message is clear regardless of the specific format .without compromise.
